Silence

by Obed Love
Your words paint a portrait of tender connection-one where silence was enough, where presence became a language. It’s heartbreaking when the very comfort we once relied on feels just out of reach, obscured by time or unspoken uncertainties.

‎You’re right: sometimes the most important conversations are the ones we never have-the "what ifs" and "how tos" left lingering in the air. It’s okay to feel lost when the script runs out. And it’s okay, too, to miss the way things were, even as you grapple with the vulnerability of reaching out now.
‎If you can, try to grant yourself the kindness you once found in them. The laughter they drew from you wasn’t theirs-it was yours all along, coaxed to the surface by someone who cared to see it. That capacity hasn’t left you.
‎As for the unasked questions? It’s never too late to voice them. But if silence feels safer for now, trust that the answers will come—in time, in small gestures, or in the quiet realization that you’ve carried the strength you need all along.
‎And if lenses feel like too much today, let the world blur a little. You’re still seen.
